Great! There are a lot of things where the odds it applies to you might be one out of ten, or even one out of a hundred. But...if its true for you, it can be 100% true for you. To paraphrase the Great Gretsky, we'll miss 100% of the therapy options we don't think about applying!
Quality of sleep is huge, as deep sleep is where brain repair and regeneration occurs. Poor sleep will pour an accelerant on the flames of inflammation, low cell energy or most any other root cause factor in one's migraines.

I’m learning I have Sleep Apnea and think this is a huge contributor to my migraines. I need to treat the Apnea to see if this helps
