I definitely think this is a trigger for me. Often, my migraines start as I wake up or in my sleep. I've found that making sure I'm not hungry before bed or eating a small snack if I wake up in the middle of the night helps to reduce the morning migraines.
That makes perfect sense. Also make sure that any later evening carb intake is moderate. A heavy “glycemic load” at that time (pasta, rice, etc) can cause a heightened insulin response, with a hypoglycemic valley 3-5 hours later. Thanks for joining me on this blog.
