Vitamin D often gives me a migraine. The Sun not so much. Any advice?

I usually go to D3 2,000 units but it doesnt agree with me

The first step might be to check your vitamin D level. Then you’ll know better where you are in comparison to a more protective level of 60 to 80 ng/dL. You might need to go up more slowly. See the vitamin D calculator at. https://www.grassrootshealth.net/project/dcalculator/ To check on this. Also make sure to take your vitamin D with a meal as it is a fat soluble vitamin.

level is less than 30 every time i check DESPITE LOTS of sun

are their forms that are more esily tolerated? Lots of migraineurs seem to react this way imo
