How to use the MAP
First, if you can use a computer with a printer, just right click to print this blog page, and as I mentioned in the Quick Start, you may want to choose “print both sides” to cut the paper use in half, and also turn on color printing as there are some useful color graphics on the last page.
As you follow through the lessons for Natural Migraine Relief, keep your MAP in front of you and circle or make a check mark next to any applicable intervention you encounter, with an additional check mark each subsequent time that it applies to your situation. Each reference in the lessons will give you a MAP number to review and check off if that item applies to you.
The more check marks by a group of symptoms, or by recommendations for therapy options or lab test considerations, the more likely we are close to a root cause for that issue, and when addressed, going on to a positive therapeutic intervention.
