For both new readers and long time subscribers, I’d like to share five Frequently Asked Questions posts from this last year that can help you to understand and manage your migraine more effectively. Many of my regular posts review very specific health issues and their potential relationship to migraines, like endometriosis, hormone replacement, contraception therapy, anemia, COVID, rosacea, etc. (see the FAQ Table of Contents for details.) The following five posts offer an useful entry level look at what this blog is about, as well as, an useful review for regular readers.
Please stay with me through 2025 as I continue to offer insight on why migraines happen, along with practical therapy options for relief. If you have additional topics you would like to see addressed, please note them for me in the comment section below.
I wish you all you a happy and healthier New Year, without the headaches!
